Patti Smith is my style icon for this summer, maybe longer. she represents something that is timeless- her style is effortless, rumpled, eclectic and completely unpretentious. her unusual beauty is always first and foremost the most noticeable element, and her clothes seem to just be a muddle of whatever she happened to put on that day, even for her album covers and more iconic photos of her, she never seems to plan her 'look' for them, her style has very much a candid feel to it... her style speaks for itself. enjoy...
